To complement the textbook, I decided to acquire this accompanying study guide. I find that studying with practice questions helps me retain information better, and I anticipated that this test would consist primarily of multiple-choice questions for that reason. The answer is no. The first part of each chapter review consists of a matching or fill in the blanks activity, which is followed by approximately four to five multiple choice questions and a critical thinking component in which you are essentially required to compose short replies. With the fill in the blank and matching questions that are found at the beginning of each section of this study guide, I am at least provided with a general outline of some of the vocabulary.

This study guide for mother child nursing 5e contained some great questions that served to reinforce the material that was being covered in pediatrics class. It is a book that is not required for our RN program, but in my opinion, it is essential to have.
